After calling year on year since 2012. I have finally oncovered the truth.

My Dr. Dr.williams died of a brain tumor. Dr Annie whynbourne who did and still does work at the clinic.

Decided that the clinic was not responsible for the deceased Dr Williams records.

As I called to get my records the secretary phone staff would just say "something has happened with the dr we can't give you your medical details" "stop calling"

I believe Dr Annie whynbourne to have committed criminal activity and this is why the clinic was renamed after Dr Williams death.
