I have a history of bcc’s and also an extensive family history of them along with melanoma so I wanted to get a skin check by a dermatologist, not a regular GP, as I expected a much more thorough check of my whole body. Unfortunately that’s not what I received and I feel I just wasted $300. I will go back to getting my skin checks in Sydney from recommended professionals as this felt like a bit of a joke, I get a more thorough skin check from my beauty therapist when getting facials. Wouldn’t recommend.

I tried to visit from a remote community, explained where I was coming from. Although they managed to book me in, I wasn't told I needed a referral. Then after getting a taxi all the way there, I arrive to be told the doctors are all out and they've "been trying to get a hold of me"...even though I booked via email and never received an email or sms about it. Now wont be seen until December.
