Spent 6 hours at the hospital, got just one test done. The nurse was rude, couldn't do the blood test right, ended up bruised and stressed. Disappointing experience overall.

Travelled from Dili due to a frightening diagnosis by local dr in Dili and went straight to emergency. Was admitted and tested over 24 hours and it was such a great experience. Every single person from triage, admin, nurses, doctors and orderlies were so helpful, kind and caring. Turns out Iā€™m not going to die any time soon and could travel back happily. A massive thank you and I would not hesitate to trust these wonderful teams at RDH!

Was flown in on Care-flight for Gallbladder issues. After a testing night in QPOD (not the hospitals or teams fault) I was operated on. The surgical team pre and post op communication was excellent. The after care was also excellent with the limited resources they have. Thankyou
