I am truly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Shefa Medi Clinic. The administrative staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and always go out of their way to assist patients. Although appointments are typically required to see a GP, they graciously accepted my child as a walk-in patient when they saw how sick my child was and how anxious I felt.
Their compassion and understanding in a moment of distress were greatly appreciated. I am grateful to have such dedicated and caring professionals in my community.

My visit to Shefa Medi Clinic turned into a nightmare! The receptionist rudely informed me that I couldn't see a doctor without an appointment, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. How am I supposed to know in advance when I'll fall sick? And to add insult to injury, they claimed to be a women-only clinic, even though there were clearly males waiting. This blatant discrimination and lack of consideration made me beyond upset and outraged. Avoid this place at all costs! #ShefaMediClinic #NightmareVisit #DiscriminationOutrage

I've been using this mediclinic in the past 6 month both for GP and other concerns. I have a very positive experience both with doctors and receptionists. It's usually very busy and you have to book in advance. Highly recommended.

The front reception staff are extremely rude and arrogant. They taken it to the next level!
I have travelled all the way to see Dr F Nazaran (GP) and once I got there the receptionist advised me that aforementioned Dr is sick and she has left the clinic earlier this morning! and she did not even apologise for the inconveniences that she caused! like seriously how hard would it be to call the patient and cancel their appointment rather than wait till the patient arrives for appointment and just let them know appointment has been cancelled!
Disgusting behaviour.

Dr Nazaran is a very good GP. It’s the doctor you can trust. But, the big issue is the waiting time. Doesn’t matter when is your appointment time. You have to wait at least 2 hrs even after your appointment time. Without appointment is almost impossible to see her. The management should work on it.

Honestly the worst medical centre you can go too. You call them during their opening hours, as requested, and they don't answer telling us they are closed through voicemail. The receptionist are rude and look to have never worked in customer service before. The doctor herself is a great doctor but the whole experience isn't worth it. Called on a Monday during their hours and they advised that they were closed? OK LOL. Professional isn't it?
