Michael Rees was the most unprofessional dentist I have ever come across .. not only did he exhibit embarrassing behaviour with his assistant whilst being in the chair but had the audacity to send me my files and to never come back after I questioned a filling fee.. so happy he sent me my files.. never recommend..

Our kid had a stack on her bike and chipped some teeth. The team took after hours calls, reviewed photos, and then opened the practice early the next morning to make sure she was seen asap. I can express how grateful I am and can not recommend highly enough.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this Dentist. I'm a new patient and after an initial check up that went well, I returned a week later to have a retaining wire glued back in place. I was told this would be straightforward. The dentist started to become increasingly frustrated with the wire and then with me. He was visibly annoyed, agitated and even stormed out of the room at one time.

In my first visit I explained that we are a defence family that relocate every few years. This means that my children and I receive no continuity of care. Someone in one state comes up with a plan and then we move and it becomes someone else's job to figure that plan out. Instead of showing empathy and compassion for our situation, this dentist had appalling bedside manner.

For the first time ever, I made the call to end an appointment. I walked out shaken, without a retaining wire and $280 lighter.

This is not the dentist for us.

I arrived in Darwin with a terrible tooth ache. These guys awere terrific, really looked after me and went the extra mile for me even though lm not a local. Thanks Dr.Michael and special thanks to the girls assisting , the kind words and gentle touch on my shoulder made a world of difference . Happy to recomend this practice any time.
