The experience at the medical center with Dr. Fahima Bahram was highly negative. Dr. Bahram was perceived as rude, dismissive of patient concerns, and unwilling to provide clear explanations, particularly regarding treatment referrals and pain management. The receptionist also contributed to a lack of professionalism by eating during patient interactions and mentioning the doctor's habitual tardiness. Overall, due to poor doctor-patient communication, perceived lack of care, and unprofessionalism from the receptionist, the medical center is not recommended.

1: One of the worst experience in medical centre I have ever been to. The staff are not helpful at all. Waiting time is very long. I was early to my appointment time but need to wait more than 2 hours. Staff kept on saying you are the next but she keep on sending another person. Such an awful experience. Will not recommend to anyone. Better to go on my health care next to this one.

2 : Make sure never go visit doctor Fahima because she don’t know nothing because she prescribed tablet to my uncle son
since he taking the tablet he got mental problems and he is crazy now . my uncle took his son to different doctor . The new doctor said this tablet is so strong he shouldn’t take it Unfortunately my uncle is brain is damaged by doctor Fahima He got 100% mental health problems ?

Unprofessional Reception staff, continues on personal phone for that reason taking long to take calls and disconnecting the calls.
When I visit the centre the female receptionist was on the phone with someone discussing some pick up and drop off arrangements.
When I asked that I have called multiple times upon she replied that call was on hold at her end. I was not convinced at all and will request Management to look into this issue.
There’re few reception staff who really good and provide excellent customer service , one of them is Ghouri and other one wear head scarf who always one step ahead to assist patients and provide excellent customer service.
The reception staff either not trained or not interested or they immature to understand the importance of medical issues and urgency.
There are so many low rated reviews already for the reception staff for this medical centre.
I usually come to this medical centre since long time but after the change of Management the customer service is pathetic.
This incident happened on Saturday 3rd June 2023.

There was a change of the ownership a couple of months ago. I feel so cared and the waiting was not long at all. Since then I returned again and they could fit me in for the last appointment for my son's emergency situation. Definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you for looking after us.

DO NOT BOOK YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY TO GO HERE!!!
They have no organisation skills to manage appointments . They made me wair this morning for over 1 hour to finally say I should go find another GP. My toe was bleeding and the receptionist had no empathy or manners to speak with a patient.
I had made an appointment and called to ask about the wait time.

Highly disappointed!
