These guys are great. Entering the store it was clean and display of products were great. Customer Service was on point with help from staff members almost immediately and asked me questions regarding my medical issue so they could give me recommendations on what was best to purchase and help my symptoms. Upon leaving the store after making purchase staff were so sweet by giving me a big smile and wishing me well to heal and get better soon.
I will be back for sure.

10/10 loved it!! They gave me my medications very quickly, the pharmacist was super nice and helpful and customer service was amazing!! Especially the young lady with brown hair and bangs! She dropped everything just to help me find what I wanted to buy. Super friendly and made me feel really comfortable!❤️

Used to be a nice pharmacy, used to have nice staff.... if you want wait over an hour for 1 or 2 scripts .... different pharmasist
all the time ,contance mistakes ,they dont try to and help or put any effort in. , some staff dont understand you ,and your ALWAYS having to repeat yourself , there are maybe two loverly staff members that ,actually smile and help you ,if your lucky ....while waiting for scripts (over an hour..always). Watching customers comming and going not one person in that time smiled or had a conversation about scripts or how are you ....no real customer service jyst a number !!!!.I have nothing nice to say about what this pharmacy has become COLD ,ill be going else were from now on .... the new chemist warehouse behind gateway , loverly staff ,friendly ,helpfull, and products are alot cheaper ... also wait time 10 min tops ....

you'll be welcomed by nice people until you go to reception for paying your stuff. there's one lady on reception, she seems always angry from morning and if you fail paywave with your mobile phone in once, you'll be in a trouble.

You gotta ask her to cancel and try once again, she will ask you "where is your card" you say "it's in my phone", she will say "Nah then you can't pay anymore". But don't give up keep trying. And it's not your fault she's angry to everyone.
