What an inhumane bunch. They said to email in my referral and someone would call in 2-3 days. Day 4 I emailed and asked if they could confirm if they had received my referral as I was worried that I used wrong email address. I am living in pain and I just needed to know it was for no reason. Day 5 I emailed again. And asked for a response. Just a 'yes you are inline.' Day 6 I rang again. This time they said it takes 5-7 days for a response. Double the time from first phone call but OK. I said I am in substantial pain and just need to know someone will talk to me soon. They confirmed they had my referral and all my emails requesting confirmation of receipt. Just no one bothered to respond. So two weeks now. No call. Never an email to confirm receipt. I could have flown interstate, had treatment and been back had they been honest. All they had to do is care enough to talk to me. Letting people hang in pain is sick.

Took them 10 days to find out that they won't be able to provide the service requested and stated "you should have called us before."
I was on call for 1 hour before deciding to hang up because I found the appointment online.
Could have easily fixed the issue 8f I was given more time instead just a 6 day notice. Now I won't be able to get the scan done in time anywhere and I'll miss this big scan that's needed in time. No wonder people travel interstate for medical needs.

Rang prior to attending to identify the latest time they would accept a 'walk in' X-ray appointment. Advised there were no appointments booked and it wasn't busy, so it wouldn't be a problem. Attended at 4.45 as advised over the phone and was advised that they couldn't do it.

13/3/23 First time visiting this iMed as I usually go to the private hospital. But I will always go back to this Palmerston clinic from now on! The receptionist (blonde hair) was very friendly, nice and polite, and tended to my requests without any hassle. I wish all receptionists everywhere were like her! Justin the sonographer was lovely and courteous, and asked questions to clarify things. I was made to feel at ease and looked after all round. Thank you!
