The owner is absolutely lovely and majority of her staff are wonderful. But I don't think it is value for money, as you go in there asking for a 1 hour massage and if somebody else comes in, they will stop your massage even if it is 20 minutes into the massage. The worst part is that you cannot ask for a refund for the time that you have paid for but not used. They offer to give you an extended massage on your next visit but that is not the case. If it were the case, Suki (beautiful but absolutely rude) would owe me a 2 hour massage free of charge. I would go back to this place if they got rid of Suki because the owner is the loveliest lady you would ever meet.
