I was quite disappointed with my experience here, especially considering the positive reviews. My scheduled appointment was at 1:30, but when I arrived, the door was locked, and a sign indicated they would return at 1:30, so I assumed it was lunchtime. At exactly 1:30, I noticed a man at the reception desk, so I knocked, and he opened the door. I informed him about my 1:30 appointment, and as a first-time customer, he asked me to complete a form, which I did. By this point, it was approximately 1:37 (I checked my phone).

I was led into the room, and I believe the massage didn't begin until around 1:40 or even later. I had specifically booked a remedial massage with a focus on my shoulders, but unfortunately, the masseuse mainly concentrated on my shoulder blades, rather than the area I had requested.

When the massage concluded, I checked the time, and it was already 1:58 PM. The masseuse left promptly, and I didn't have a chance to express my dissatisfaction with the duration of the massage. While the lady at the front desk was quite friendly, I regret not addressing the issue with her. An 18-minute massage for $60 felt unreasonable

I had an hour long massage (for $100) with a male masseuse. He was very good .. checked in with me to ensure I was happy with the pressure. The place was clean and quiet, and had a nice ambience. I left feeling great and thinking I found my new best friend.

Trent came recommended and lived up to all promises. Helped my Achilles tendinopathy and I was able to stand feet on floor without pain following a 1h session dry needling/massage for the first time in a month. Also great chats. Best remedial masseuse one could hope for.

I was with Fiona and he was with Ellen. They are thorough, caring and careful. Excellent therapeutic masseuses!
