I recently visited Laser Clinic Australia Greenhills for laser, skincare, and injectable treatments, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease instantly.

The staff are not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent recommendations tailored to my goals. Each service—whether it was laser, skincare, or injectables—was delivered efficiently without compromising on quality.

I was also pleased with how easy it was to find a booking time that suited my schedule. The clinic offers plenty of availability, making it convenient to fit treatments into my busy life.

Overall, my experience at Laser Clinic Australia Greenhills was outstanding. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch service and fantastic results!

I had a package deal for laser hair removal up to 600$. There has only been one time that is making me leave this 1 star review as it has permanently damaged body. This was my third to last treatment in the plan and I had a girl who was uncaring and has left permanent burn marks on my legs (thankfully nowhere else). She was petite, darker complexion, brunette hair and was complaining about how much she hated doing laser treatments and was starting her own business with her sister. She didn’t introduce herself, I don’t know her name. She turned the setting way too high, it wasn’t that bad on my underarms, hurt more than normal on the Brazilian but it was awful on my legs. Which I told her. Asked for a lower setting but she said doing a higher setting was better and a quicker method of removal which then after the treatment made the skin on my legs completely swell. My legs were red and swollen for a week. My hair follicles basically grew two times the size of what was normal and I couldn’t walk it was so bad. I did not want to return after that treatment in case I had her again as I found out she is known for doing that to clients (found out from another therapist there). However I paid 600$, so I was going to pay that off. Will most likely not be returning there in case I get her again. Shocking customer service on her end to disregard a clients sensitivity. As someone in the beauty industry myself, you always listen to the customer and especially if they have complained about the treatment DURING the treatment.
I will most likely have to get skin needling to reduce the burns and the itchiness that the burns have caused in those areas of my legs.

The girls are here are lovely.
However, can you please get more staff on. The waiting time is ridiculous, my last two appt I have had to wait 40mins after my appt time to go in.
Having someone at the front desk all the time too should be a must. Walking in and all the girls are with clients you are standing there for 10-15mins before someone comes out.

She is always more then happy to answer any of my questions and always checks in after my appointment as well.
