All staff at genesis are beautiful caregivers that love their jobs. Just a special thank you to Nurse Brooke for helping me get my hubby care while our GP and oncologist were on holidays yesterday. Disgraceful service by whoever was sitting at the front desk. My mum (currently suffering breast cancer) is visiting from out of town and has a severe burn from radiation. Obviously couldn't attend her regular cancer centre and presented to GenesisCare today for some advice or a quick 2 minute chat and was turned away as she is not a patient of the centre. Absolutely disgraceful to not even give her 2 minutes when she is in pain and 6 hours from her regular nurse. A woman suffering cancer and the side effects of treatment just wanted to be okay or given advice on where to go locally for support. Shame on you.

Dr O'brian and his staff are friendly, caring and professional
They made a traumatic time for me much easier than it could have been elsewhere
Wait time was no longer than 10 minutes on appointment days
Dr O'brian is so easy to talk to and explains everything well
