It was an amazing experience. Environment and team were beautiful. Massage was excellent. First float experience exceptional. Everything is available afterwards as far as toiletries and accessories if needed. The fact you can sit quietly before and after and drink a tea is also wonderful. can't wait to return, Thank you Maitland Team!

Amazing experience and staff. Has a very calming atmosphere with all the essentials you may need post treatments. The teas provided are devine and also for purchase. My 1st visit I decided to do the combo of Infrared Sauna and Float. A great package. The float is something else, gives you a zero gravity feeling. I had a great night sleep and felt refreshed the morning after. Thankyou I will definitely be back, in fact I can't wait to go back. Totally recommend.

Came for my first float and sauna experience. The staff were lovely and informative ensuring all guests were well taken care of. The facilities were very well cleaned and maintained! I had the best time and have been non-stop raving about it to friends and family. Can’t wait to come again soon!

If you haven’t been to City Cave you are missing out. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to some zen. From the moment you walk in you instantly feel relaxed. Try everything you won’t regret it. So happy this place is now in Maitland.

I recently went to City Cave for the first time to use a birthday gift voucher.
The staff member there Alyssa was extremely welcoming and helpful. She explained everything that I needed to know prior to using the infrared sauna and before using the float pool. The facilities were top shelf and super clean.
I walked out of there after 2+ hours feeling like a new man.
I highly recommend using City Cave if you feel you are in need of a little mind defrag.

Float rooms are lovely, very private and comfortable and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Sam is very professional and did a great job of making me feel well taken care of
This was my first float but I was so relaxed I even fell asleep twice! I’ve told all my family about it and plan to return again soon

I always believe in giving everyone a second chance so I am gonna go back The young lady was lovely that I spoke to and took Me around. The music was not loud enough in the water so I was forever waiting wondering where I was gonna hear a lady told me my time was up. The bin hadn't been emptied and I sure I was the first person of the morning so that was a bit early. It looks like a dog prints in the water bath thing. . The float itself was really enjoyable. I like floating now and the shower and the facilities they provide a lovely. I will go back as I said it was a beautiful private room and the staff are lovely but they need to check the bins and the float bath.
