Horrible experience I had my 20 month old with me while I had to get a blood test it was a long wait so my son was very distressed as were the other people waiting, the lady I had was very rude and became frustrated with me towards the end as my child was still very distressed I had no option to take him as I don't have anyone else to watch him while I had it done, she was very rude and inconsiderate of how I was already feeling and what I had to already deal with. I'm a very disappointed patient, when I left I broke down crying from how she treated me and what I was going through. I highly don't recommend this place.

The worst ever lab. Was told that i would get results in 3 days and max 7 days. Its.been 11 working days and still they don't know how long it will take more pathetic

Poor reception service from the beginning, no enthusiasm at all. The guy didn't look like he enjoyed doing his job and although it was still an hour from closing, i was told "its a bit late but ill ask if they can still do it" with a sour face. They then told me it could still be done but that id have to wait a long time. Went in to get my NIPT test which I made a payment over the phone more than 2 weeks prior rather than through the sonic genetics website and was told I only needed to give the 6 digit receipt number provided over the phone to the collector. I was told otherwise by both receptionist and that I needed a copy of the tax invoice receipt and the 6 digit number wasnt enough. As I made a phone payment I hadn't been given a confirmation email or SMS. The guy said Accounts would "probably" be closed by now, didn't even try or offer to contact them, guess they just want to be straight out the door at knock off. I had a bank statement that showed a payment from Clinipath had been taken out. I ended up calling accounts myself after the interaction and got through immediately and they were able to track my payment from the 6 digit number I provided them. I was told again that they only needed the 6 digit receipt number and if they had issues then they should call accounts. I was patient the whole time, as I'm not confrontational I offered to come back tomorrow after giving accounts a call. Would like to feel more welcomed in the future and being mindful how your customer service can be perceived.

For a town that runs a large amount of Drug test you would think they would have a better admin and someone behind the seat so the collectors are not running around like a chook with no head

This mob makes your supervised ur test as uncomfortable as it can be.
Farm animals get better treatment. Choose a different clinic if you have any control over it.

Gave it 5 stars to combat the low scores I'm seeing. Not sure why, you go there, they carry out the tests and you're done. Staff were polite and despite being busy, well organised.
