Great customer service from reception. Everyone was lovely. The Doctors are great, always on time for appointments. If they are running a bit late, they recognise that. But the most important thing is they truly care and always take their time in assessing patients. Shout out to Dr. Melinda Humphreys for always being so caring and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and will not book you for another appointment if not necessary. She always give options and explain pros and cons of each. She is very good, if I can rate more than 5star I would.

As for the clinic itself, its a bit old building but it's very well looked after. Always very clean. They have a small activity table for kids where they can read book, do colouring etc.

My mum has been a patient here for 30 years. She used to take me here when I was a child. Her doctor has recently retired and not only are none of their other doctors willing to assist her (she has significant medical problems) they want to charge her $30 to give her copies of HER OWN MEDICAL RECORDS so she can go elsewhere. Aside from how disgusting it is to try and rip off an elderly, disable pensioner who has been their client for 30+ years, they are actively preventing her from getting the medical care she needs elsewhere by denying her access to her medical records.

I am beyond disgusted at this clinic. Do not go here.

Been coming here for over 40 years, seems doctors stay till their retirement, unfortunately only one long term doctor left and she’s a gem, takes time to listen and is thorough, long standing receptionists are very friendly and know most patients by their first name. I haven’t lived in the area for many years but continue to travel here.

The ladies at the front desk are very kind and Welcoming. Very relaxed waiting room. Saw Doctor Tomic, she took care of my concerns. Asked questions and treated me like a person not just a number. Highly recommended.
