I don’t understand this clinic. They say smile you’re on camera, their front staff can do a much better job. They hardly smile and make you feel welcoming and warm. Medical clinics if they are more warm and welcoming will have a positive effect on the patients walking in. I had to wait for more than an hour, to be precise 65mins even though I had an appointment. Honestly I don’t mind wait times. I understand sometimes Doctors get busy and they are running bit late, but 65mins wait times is not acceptable in medical clinic services. I hope they make right changes to run this clinic more efficiently as patients are the only ones waiting and suffering quietly inside. It would be great if more people write about their experiences: Good or Bad. People should write reviews for good and great experiences as well not only bad ones. Thank you for reading this review. Have a great day!

The reception staff at this practice are unprofessional and dismissive, creating an unwelcoming and unpleasant experience. Their passive and condescending tone is unacceptable, making patients feel unwelcome rather than supported. It is extremely disappointing, as I had finally found an excellent doctor, but I refuse to tolerate such poor treatment just to receive care. Their lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is widely known, and I sincerely hope they reconsider their approach to patient interactions.

The receptionists often keeps you waiting for no apparent reason ~ could certainly be a bit more friendlier and make the patients their priority. As without us they wouldn’t have a job!!!! Stop looking at the computer screen or chatting amongst themselves. It’s quite annoying and I’m sure they have things to do but really?
I tolerate it because ~~~~
My doctor is the best I have had in a long time, takes time with me, firm but fair and not afraid to tell you like it is tactfully

I’ve become so disappointed with this clinic. The reception staff are never ever cheerful and as front line personnel give the practice an unwelcoming feeling. During COVID one of the doctors refused to wear his mask appropriately & when I brought it to the reception attention I was advised that doctors are exempt and told I was being aggressive & difficult. I continued to persevere with this practice & on another occasion I put in a complaint about another doctor who was less than professional in their approach to their work & again advised that the doctors there can do what they want for the fact that they are doctors and was advised by telephone that I was no longer welcome at their practice. Ok fine, so I went to another more passionate practice nearby and after 10days my request for my medical records to be sent over was still not st actioned.they don’t have your health as their priority , it’s business and money..

Visiting this clinic has always been a stressful and depressing experience. I used to take my sister who was on oxygen, for appointments. She followed all the protocol and was extremely polite but mostly was not spoken to in a caring, helpful or even particularly friendly way by reception staff. She needed to use a portable oxygen machine while out and inspite of always having an appointment was kept waiting for her Doctor anywhere between 30 - 90 minutes every time. There was no consideration for a prior call to her at home to communicate that the Doctor was running extremely late so she could limit her time away from her main oxygen machine. She was given no consideration or help to access power for her oxygen machine, had to ask every time even though she was there reasonably often, and felt like a nuisance. She never wanted to complain as she had no choice but to attend this clinic. Her oxygen and health was too limited to travel further from home.
When people visit a Doctor they are unwell, anxious about their health and often just to get there is a huge undertaking. Being a ray of sunshine is not easy. I've seen many very sick patients there having to wait for very lengthy periods in obvious distress and discomfort doing their best to be respectful and patient. Staff need to be the ray of sunshine for their unwell anxious clients. If they have so much work to do and are under the pump, put them in an office away from the public so they can get their work done and rotate a designated cheerful, helpful, observant front desk Receptionist to receive and help patients with their queries.
Today I reluctantly rang to request a phone consult for my husband who has Covid therefore cannot attend in person. I also have covid and feel unwell so I understand my patience and ability to be a ray of sunshine are compromised, however I was definitely polite and clearly stated the reason for my call. The response I got from the very beginning was extremely lack lustre, uncaring and unhelpful. There are better ways to tell someone sorry, no, we can't do that and
to give an alternative.
The positive aspects of the clinic are the clean, well organised, spacious waiting area, adequate seating and adequate car parking spaces at the back (although the actual disabled parks while close enough to the entrance, are in full sun and wet weather while other parks are undercover. This can be an issue for people with disabilities so the parks are not altogether useful except in perfect weather).

Ok so I realise they do bulk bill some clients but for those of us that are not bulk billed and are paying, over an hours wait is really not acceptable. Whilst I appreciate that some appointments need longer this place never runs to appointment times! My suggestion would be allocate a longer period of time for each client and stop being so greedy booking in more than can be handle.

The waiting time was incredibly long, which made the experience frustrating. It felt like my time wasn’t valued, and there was no clear communication or updates during the wait. This seriously needs improvement to ensure better customer satisfaction.
