This place deserves more 5 star ratings than it currently has.
Dr Sam has a wealth of experience, gave us very practical and professional opinion to our very challenging medical situation. The clinic waiting room is comfortable and inviting for both adults and kids. I will come here from now on for all my family’s medical needs!

The staff were professional, friendly and courteous. I made an appointment for a skin check. I now have a referral to a skin clinic for further exploration, excision and potential biopsy to check if the growths are a type of skin cancer. The practice does offer bulk billing. I was extremely happy with their consultation and staff. I highly recommend this practice to patients!

I have visited this clinic and specifically Sam for several years. Not once have I had either a good experience, nor an issue resolved. To not give away my identity by giving very specific examples I will give more broad ones he surely won't recall, I will say that if have been: Told to be faking for attention for chronic stomach pain that ended up being crohn's disease, told to 'get more sleep' for uncontrollable muscle twitching that persists to this day, and to 'just be happy' for chronic depression.

I can not speak for others who work at this clinic, but avoid Sam at all costs. I'll save you a visit to him: 'I think you should get over it, that'll be $70'
