Terrible terrible experience. The old blonde woman that is supposed to be a pharmacist is completely incompetent and rude. Completely unprofessional, she got upset with my partner so refused to refill his script.

This pharmacy would be the worst I have ever experienced. We called a week out to confirm they had certain medications. When we arrived to put our scripts in, I was served by a young girl that was half dead with flu like symptoms, coughing, sneezing, snorting snot back and dressed like she had just crawled out of bed. After 40 minutes, I asked if the prescription was ready and they had to search for our scripts. When they eventually found them, they advised that they were out of stock on both items.
Another girl that was working was dressed in clothes that I would be ashamed to wear in public. She was complaining of being cold and shivering and sweating.
If you want to get sick and not be able to get anything to help you, then this is the place to go.
I will be reporting this place to the NT health authority.

Very unhappy with the response to an error on the part of the pharmacy. Made to feel as if the error was my fault, and then treated as if I couldn’t count up to two. Being elderly does not equate to being stupid. Hopefully, the staff will be given some training in how to acknowledge an error on the part of the pharmacy, offer an apology and correct it with a smile.
