I visited Rachel today after suffering for a while with muscle tension and shoulder pain. I found her on a FB community giving recommendations. I would give 10 stars if I could. I had relief for the first time in a long while. It is honestly the best massage I have had. I could not recommend Rachel enough. Easy to find, and parking was a breeze.

Rachel has changed my life!!! I came to Rachel with extreme tension/stress through my body and back/neck pain that was affecting my daily life severely and also my ability to train properly and effectively. I have been consistently visiting Rachel for 3 months now and I feel like a different person. My sleep is deeper, daily movement and wellbeing are increasingly better. My training at the gym has been amazing from proper range of movement and increased strength to better recovery time. Rachel is professional, kind, understanding and uses all sorts of techniques (including cupping) to ensure that I leave not only feeling relaxed but in a better physical state. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. Rachel is a skilled massage therapist who takes pride in her work. I always rely on her services for when the going gets tough and I can't function no more. ?
