I have never felt such an incredible transformation from a massage therapist. Mary, you have SUCH a gift. Constantly working at a desk all day and balancing a small child on my hips etc, I walked into Rapha Wellness feeling tight, pressure everywhere, and just so drained. I felt at home when I entered the clinic. I had a treatment that has left me feeling better than I have in years. I will simply never use anyone else. I cannot recommend Mary highly enough. I have complex health problems which have interrupted my sleep, caused physical distress at times of the day. I had a massage from Mary and she works skilfully hard on your body, gently but very firm. You receive the massage you choose, but, whatever you choose, will be given professionally and exceptionally well!
The body is revived. That night, I had the best sleep I’d had in many months. It was worth it for that alone, but worth it in many ways much more. Mary’s extensive training and work ethics are second to none. She has built a practice you can trust and enjoy the experience as well as the benefits.
I must mention how beautiful everything is, the welcoming reception/waiting room and the private massage room itself. The decor is done in subtle elegance quality complimented by a calm, soothing atmosphere.~ When finished and you step away, you come to a reality you have discovered a sweet spot in this world that will become your special treasure to treat yourself again!
