Pathetic
Went to get a flu vaccine and waited for 59 mins in the store only to find out that they were googling what it was and why it was for all that time!
Pharmacy in charge on display: Muthi Mohammed
Manager: Full of attitude and appears unwilling to help and lacks knowledge.
I ended up going to Alice Springs Pharmacy.

The Pharmacist was incredibly professional and helpful. Took the time to understand my symptoms and what I had already tried and what options he could offer instead. As a result I had my first pain-free day with my back injury. Excellent service and advice, given with care and thoughtfulness

Visiting from Interstate and was amazed at the high pricing and the words given as an excuse "Remote" its interesting that other retail, grocery stores can maintain fair pricing as per large cities within Australia. I wisely chose to not except this word remote pricing and took my script to another chemist in the area. Was able to purchase my medication at 2 times cheaper. It was interesting to note that United Chemist had little to no customers yet Alice Springs Chemist near Woolworths supermarket was a buzz of customers. Best to do some price checks before you fill your scripts.

Today I went to get some medicine to the alice springs chemist. So one of the staff took the prescription check it and asked me to come back after half an hour. So I went out to do some of my other works and took more than hour for me to come to the pharmacy to collect the medicine. So at that time the medicine is not ready and asked me to back again in after another 20 minutes. So can you imagine how the customer service is? They already took more than two hours Now. So after waiting another half an hour I went to collect it. Then they told me one of the prescription was missing and they cannot give it and only one medicine was ready.
See how careless are they? Why they can't tell me about that at the time I gave the prescription? They took more than two hours to ready only one medicine.
What a poor service that they provide us?
If they took two hours to supply the medicine how many customers can they serve for one day?
This is really bad customer service that I have ever faced in my life...I was really dissatisfied..👎

Excellent customer service. One of my medications cost around $60. The other pharmacy in town wanted to charge me $100 for the same medication!!!! Very happy this pharmacy aren't a bunch of day light robbers!

We used this Pharmacy for 11years but incompetent staff and the last two pharmacists was just the cherry on the cake,(i would rather not go into details)
Taking my business somewhere else...
Pitty as we enjoyed shopping there
