Popped in for a one off class when passing through Alice for work. Good coaching, friendly crew, no bs, ego free, safe but hard grappling. Really appreciated the welcome and the invite to return when in town. Will do, thanks Cam and crew.

In Alice Springs for a few days and did a drop in on the Saturday open mat.
Everyone was really welcoming and friendly, there was a good range of skill levels and a good amount of people to roll with.
Highly recommend this gym.

I attended the Trilemma Beginners Program™ in 2021. Since then I have transcended to become a 7th degree coral belt and an Omnipresent God.

It is a very good program, the coaches Cameron and Lukas are very good coaches. They are welcoming and deliver clear instructions. Sometimes they grapple the students.

My only criticism is that they should incorporate the hit movie Never Back Down into the program.

To conclude, I highly recommend this beginners program to any beginners (which I am not since I attended the Trilemma Beginners Program™).

Before I joined Trilemma, I was merely a shell of the man I am now.
My wife had just left me for her younger lover, Bruno. She took everything I had; my home, my dignity, and all of my shoes.
Life was looking pretty bleak as I sat outside of the YMCA homeless, hopeless and shoeless.
Cam and Lukas approached me on their way inside the gym, asking what had happened. I began to cry and told them everything. They hugged me and said "do you know where you don't need shoes? On the Tatami." They picked me up, carried me inside and offered me a 2 week free trial at Trilemma Grappling.
That was a year ago.
I am now super good at grappling. I am so good that Bruno left my ex-wife for me.

I actually never imagined that grappling would be for me but after being convinced to join the Trilemma beginners in their first week and I was hooked. It’s an exhausting sport but has given me so much confidence and strength, I recommend that all my friends just give it a go, especially women! 💪🏼

Best grappling club in Alice Springs hands down - maybe even best in Australia 10/10 really enjoy going there

Coaches and some students keep on sleeping with my wife though but they're really handsome so I can't blame her

Also needs more gi class - its really holding the club back
