Bad attitude women staff this morning. I went there to buy a carton egg and my husband take for me. 1 person/ carton egg. I didnt take many like she said, she yelled and bad attitude. Moreover, some day ago i bought a carton egg and i didnt have egg in my house so i go there to buy but what i recieved was rule women. What rudes some day ago i bought and yesterday i couldnt buy? She was rude not only to me but also another people. Example, my uncle bought a carton beer and my brother carried beer for my uncle because he’s old but she requested my uncle had to carry his beer, no one couldnt carry it. She looked unhappy and uncomfortable. It was crazy. What do you think if customer buy your products and they dont feel comfortable or happy with? If your guys dont improve service, i guess you will lost more customers.

1 star isn't low enough

As i cant reply to to a reply i guess an edit will suffice.

You obviously know my mail box number as i told you while i was there, and you are able to match my review to the issue.

There have been more notifications of mail than there has been mail, on top on that the 'mail' delivered ia not addressed to me, but is political news letters.

I requested you don't put junk mail in my PO box. It is not a legal obligation as you stated, as i don't have a legal obligation to even have a mailing address. I then requested you do not send an email unless there the item is actually adressed to me. Removing the mail2day norification would removed all notifications, so no, problem not solved

My wife and I visited Berry Springs today and found all the staff in the shopping complex supermarket, pharmacy and cafe to be very helpful and friendly. The IGA staff were great and we will shop there again before we go into Darwin.

USE DARWIN RIVER INSTEAD!!!!
Would rate 0 if possible!! Run by a bunch of KAREN'S!!!!
Absolutely rude and racist staff towards Aboriginal People. An older Aboriginal man was waiting to be served the lady at the counter doing the fake I'm busy the whole time I was in the store then when I went to wait to be served she stopped and looked at me and started to talk to serve me, I stated he was before me instead of acting like he isn't here serve him and then she became rude with me. Have witnessed many times staff being very rude!!!!!! If you can't handle being nice don't work in customer service!!!!!!!

Received rude service when asking the price of a 4 pack of butane gas. Was told the price was $6 per canister.
I said "What a rip off, they are $6 per pack of 4 in Bunnings"
The person serving me came around the counter and yelled in my face "Get out and don't come back!" She locked the door. Very aggressive. I won't be back and I will pass on this story to my local friends

Rude, arrogant, snobby pack of Karens who love to lie and make people feel uncomfortable. Avoid, shop at Darwin River IGA instead.

I live in the area and its my local shop I get my mail and everything else I need. They are great people and friendly service I have a great relationship with all of them.
