Got a delivery today from the company, first time user.
Ordered a hire of bed and mattress for my father.
Delivery came and the whole bed frame was filthy and full of dust.
It is unfortunate to see for a first time user of the company had presented themselves this way and specially the equipment is for a patient.
Part of the contract is to return the item clean but clearly, this was not carried out or a deep clean is charged.
Doe this mean we can charge a cleaning service back? I highly doubt it.
Or can we give it back without cleaning it?

Worst Communication, falls promise and lot of lie. before purchase they speak nicely and spend time, after payment, no service at all. they supposed to send item before a month but delivered last week and not full item, Jonathan don't even know what si delivered and keep saying will find out then never call bak. very bad communications skills, no response of phone and text and email. no update on delivery plan. every time they saying oh, not delivered, lets find out then disappeared. we are stuck. we never recommend them in Darwin.

Really friendly helpful staff offering lots of good advice as well. They take the time to make sure you have all the information you need on products available. I can not thank the Keep Moving centre enough for their kind help and support. We needed a wheelchair really quickly and they couldn't do enough to accommodate us. Very professional friendly service. I would highly recommend them. Thank you. John

Limited knowledge of wheelchair.
My skirt got ripped as it got jammed in a chair that wasn't completly opend.
Than the assistant didn't know that folding the chair would release the material.
Expensive if you need chair picked up from city hotel.
Cost is $40 + $40 .Total $80 for 4 days use of chair.

I received a follow-up call to my review.
The person I spoke to was friendly and explained the circumstances to my satisfaction.
