I went there on Monday to ask for something that is an over the counter medicine. They didn’t want to give it to me and said I have to see my OB first. My OB said they were supposed to give it to me as it would have helped me. Now that I had to wait until Friday to see my OB the case worsened a lot and my OB is not happy about it.

absolutely appalled and disgusted at the customer "service" I received today. I for one will not be back nor will I be referring any patients, family or friends to this chemist ever again! I do not appreciate being racially profiled and discriminated against! had I not been in such a rush I would have given the attendant a piece of my mind and spoken to the owner directly. I was in a rush to get back to my daughter but needed to pop into this chemist to purchase nurofen for my daughter. as soon as I walked in the female attendant behind the register yelled out - not spoke and asked if I was okay to which I replied, yes. I'm very familiar with this chemist so I went straight to the back to grab the nurofen. This same person felt the need to leave the register unattended and follow me to the back of the store and then proceeded to scan me up and down to see what I was holding. when I noticed her I turned to look at her in disbelief. she then back tracked and acted as if she was trying to help me by asking Yet Again if I was okay even though I'd already told her that I was. I firmly said yes and took a look around the store only to notice two employees already working the floor who could have helped me IF I needed it all while the front register was completely unattended with an elderly customer waiting there to be served. when she noticed the other customer waiting only then did she run back to where she should have been the entire time! train your staff to do better because Darwin is a small place and news travels fast. I didn't get the employees name but she's an older caucasian woman with short hair and possibly blonde streaks.

i was treated with such professionalism from the Staff the moment i walked into the Pharmacy , i was compelled to write a review about the experience.
Been to bigger branded Pharmacies , but disappointed with their lack of service or respect for an elderly gentleman such as myself.
I was a little confused by my doctors advice , however after questioning the Pharmacist on my condition, I received great personal advice from him in which he explained how to take the medications and how they were going to help me.

This will now be my regular pharmacy! thanks
