My partner and I took 2 of our children ages 14 and 12 to Joe's session and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great stretching and muscle work with percussion guns under Joe's expert guidance. The icing on the cake was sitting in the ice baths, looking out over the incredible sea views. Sadly we have left Darwin but highly recommended this group class to anyone wanting to push themselves to a higher level.

Had such an amazing class. I hadn't used most of the equipment before but Joe guides you through it every step of the way - the class is very beginner friendly. The view was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to speed up their post-workout recovery or just unwind from a big week.
