Poor customer service and dealing with difficult people made my experience with the clinic terrible. During my first consultation, the doctor immediately recommended IVF treatment without considering a holistic approach, despite my being a 34-year-old female with no history of infertility. Currently, my partner is contending with their unprofessional handling of sending testing results back to our GP. It's disappointing that Darwin only has this fertility clinic available.

I highly recommend the team at Repromed Darwin, they are all lovely people and make you feel comfortable during the whole process, all the drs and nurses are on the same page, and know exactly who you are and what you are there for that day. I’ve done a couple of rounds of IVF and couldn’t fault them for anything. Communication is great and you have plenty of support while on your journey.

Repromed Adelaide is a wonderful start of our IVF journey. The staff and doctors there are kind and helpful. Myself and my husband were always kept informed and updated accordingly, in what is a already stressful time. We would definitely recommend Repromed Adelaide.

I recently went through ivf treatment at repromed in Darwin. I couldn't have asked for better care going through such a sensitive time in my life.
My Dr Stephanie girle was very thorough and compassionate and she went through everything with us in great detail.
We never felt pressured to make a decision and were always allowed to ask as many questions as we needed.
For my embryo transfer I had Dr Nicky purser who was also very lovely.
The embryologist and nurses were also so warm and welcoming and I really felt well informed by them during every stage of my treatment.
We are so grateful to all the staff at repromed for your care during our fertility journey and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting treatment. Thank you again.

Dr Niki Purser was very good to deal with, our initial appt she picked up that I had undiagnosed thyroid issues. These were addressed and she advised us to try for another six months before coming back. We have just completed our first round of ivf, with our embryos now. Dr niki was great to deal with. I also dealt with Dr Girle while in recovery and found her very informative and supportive too.

Good and bad things about Repromed!
My doctor is very good, one nurse is amazing!! the other one is ok!
If you have PCOS like me don’t waste your time and money with oral medication or injections, go for IVF!!
The girls at the lab are very nice, waiting for my FET.

Highly do not recommend Repromed, rushed into the procedure, with no outcome, and told if we didnt do IVF there and then we will never have the opportunity ever again, $12,000 wasted, no one listening to my concerns in regards to how my body feels (yes they are the doctor but we all know our own bodies), gave me too many drugs (which i raised with them 2 weeks into hormones) and didnt tell me until the night before the procedure that they gave me too many drugs so we werent even able to do a transfer, and ovaries overstimulated. They were so rude, not caring nor supportive.
Never again will i use or recommend Repromed to anyone. There in it for the money not for the success of making miracles happen for loving families.
