I wanted to taste some perfume, you know, there are lots and I wanna one but I need to taste some to make a good choice.
One of them assisted me, let me taste 3 of them, and pretended to be busy and leave me alone, every employee who works in customer services must have good customer service and let the customer learn or taste and show customer want. It's ridiculous work in customer services and lack of patience 😒

Extremely rude staff yelling at customers who were waiting for prescriptions.female staff yelling rudely at customers that they were closing in 5 minutes and to stand still. The checkout girl continued the rudeness with not one please or thankyou uttered.management need to step up and address this disgrace.

At approx 5.30pm 24th of October 2024, the Wilson security guard performed a false arrest and illegal stop and search on my partner, child and myself. Laying his hands to stop me and illegally touching our belongings without permission. As a local athlete who competes at events sponsored by chemist warehouse this was a highly disappointing experience, the kind that makes me reconsider endorsing Chemist warehouse in the future.

All chemist warehouse set ups are extremely difficult to drop off and collect scripts the workers can’t see you standing there waiting and there is no way to get their attention.
Open plan or put a bell on the counter would be helpful.

I usually go to Chemist Warehouse Casuarina since it's the closest to my home. This morning, I went there to buy some medication and noticed a promotional item I could collect. I asked the person at the front counter about it, but she didn't know and called over a team member for help. The second staff member came to the aisle with me but seemed unsure as well. I then said, "Perhaps you're not well-informed about this; should we ask someone else?" She suddenly remembered and informed the first lady that the promotional items were at the counter.

However, she then looked at me with displeasure and said, "Don't tell me I don't know my work." I was surprised and tried to clarify my earlier comment, explaining that I hadn't meant to offend. She responded by saying, "Now you're reframing your words," and directed me to talk to the pharmacist as she didn't want to help me. I was taken aback by her sudden rudeness and am unsure why the situation escalated like that.

Very frustrated service by pharmacist and they are really rude. Not even try to find things or listening to customers.

The most worst experience I got ever from a pharmacy in Australia,,,..the male pharmacist I think he is from China, who denied me my right of getting medical certificate and told me to get off from here and get lost. He was a racist .. I was really shocked ,what kind of arrogance he was showing...absolutely rubbish and ill mannered pharmacist..he was really rude and harsh ...

Way too slow, a whole lot of people waiting. Could be better by being a ted quicker. And that would definitely help. The prescription drop off is a genuine bad idea. One word answers and every seems busy but delays are extreme
