Timely drop off of bin, driver was awesome. Backed into a tight space. Office staff are helpful. Getting a timely collection was the down fall. Asked for a morning collection… Ended up being last collection of the day.

They can't seem to empty our bin on time. Please consider NTRS for rural rubbish as these guys are a joke. Missed 3 times in a row. Brand new customers and can't even be bothered trying. Will be changing service provider. Poor service to even drop off a bin. Was an inconvenience for them.

Very rude lady at the desk today we just wanted to recycle some rubbish collected from Gunn Point beach. She refused to allow us so we took it back to the beach and dumped it in a bin. How does that help anyone?
