Absolutely appalling customer service. I would not be recommending this business to anyone. Extremely unprofessionally run and terrible communication. I booked an ongoing regular weekly clean and was given a discounted rate for doing so, the cleaner provided was excellent. After 6 months I was told on the day my cleaner was meant to come that they could no longer provide me with the cleaner because their other business was too busy and my business wasn’t a priority. I expressed my frustration and disappointment at the lack of communication around this and the business owner questioned as to why I thought it was a regular cleaning service. After a discussion it was agreed they would continue to provide the cleaner. After a few weeks I was informed again that their other business was too busy and the business owner also made up lies that I had done things to make the cleaner feel uncomfortable and the following week my cleaner would be finishing up. I have had a lovely relationship with the cleaner provided and I checked with her if I had done anything to make her feel uncomfortable and she assured me I hadn’t. The following week I received a message from the person who schedules the cleans to confirm the cleaner would be coming to clean. I confirmed this with the cleaner and then the night before she was meant to come, I received a message from her at 9:15pm saying the person who schedules their cleans had been away and hadn’t been told that she will no longer be cleaning our house and that she wouldn’t be coming to clean the following morning as scheduled.
So if you are looking for a business with good communication and is reliable and professionally run I urge you to go else where, you will not get that here.
