Had the most disgusting experience with staff today. One staff aggressively asked me to move as the car on the street had been waiting. I didn't realise this and was happy to let them go first. I then got abused by the staff even more. When i calmly said that she was quite aggressive she hissed back IM NOT!!!

I told the next staff member i didn't want the other one taking our test because she was quite aggressive. SHE then hissed I DON'T BELIEVE THAT! Um... excuse me? You weren't there. I DON'T BELIEVE THAT! so you're inadvertently calling me a liar.I DIDN'T SAY THAT!

i then said asked why she was also so aggressive and asked for her name. She refused. I told her i was making a formal complaint and asked for the office number. YOU'LL HAVE TO FIND IT YOURSELF. wow 4cyte! I've never been so disgusted in my life.

Courteous, quick and efficient. Treated us well and the whole covid testing process was executed well. We were treated warmly and pleasantly.
