Just rang to cancel my 1.30 appointment. Message says opens at 2 Mon-Thurs. Last Wed when went to make appointment was 4.14 pm closes at 4.30 doors locked. I persisted after 4 min young lady finally opened the door. Asked why was locked she said doors are broken then proceeded to get very rude. As people tend to be when caught out. Doc Khan is good. This place is continually shut and can't call them when supposed to be open. Been same for good few years

Wonderful staff and doctor. Sylvia the receptionist is very kind and helpful. Dr Hague is an experienced doctor who takes time to listen and provides holistic care. Dr Hague is very kind and pleasant in his approach and explains things in understandable language. I highly recommend this practice.

Im not usually the type to whinge through reviews, but I feel this needs to be said.
I went through him for a referral for a psychiatrist and the amount this clinic messed around was ridiculous. I get it has a high class drug but even the psychiatrist said that it should not have taken three weeks.
Because of this,, I now have to wait another 2 months for a follow up appointment because of the book wait time.
Another thing is closing before your close time. If it says your open till 5:30, I should not call you at 4:20 to find your phones off. I should not show up at your clinic at 5 to find the place closed.
Hours are convenient here, but not much else…

Admin staff are amazing, today I wasn’t impressed at all, went in not feeling well. Was told my blood pressure was pretty low nothing more came to that was handed a doctors cert sent on my way. Won’t be going back
