Waiting room - chairs hard plastic and extremely uncomfortable for my self with a broken leg that needed to stay elavated. Counter staff where great
I required 2 forms to be completed by a gp for centrelink due to my recent accident. The gp did not know what to do and had to leave the room to consult with another doctor on filling out simply doctors certificate paperwork.
I had already had centrelink not accept my doctors certificate from hospital due to a missing date. Instead of doing the proffesional thing and printing of a new form he just added the date in the other doctors paperwork. No signature or anything to accompany. I asked him fill out a new form he ensured me what he had done was fine. I could have done this myself and saved 105 bucks. very unhappy with my experience here and will never return.

Dr Modak is a doctor that actually listens and doesnt rush you and the bonus is he bulk bills. Very happy with this doctor and all the staff. Another bonus you dont have to wait for ages for your appointment, pretty much always on time. Not like a lot of the other rural doctors where you make an appointment and wait and wait and wait and you think why bother.
