A very poor customer service by Rajeev over the phone. Spoke to him earlier with regards to the damage done to our car and mentioned to him that i had just arrived in NT on Saturday, and had not unpacked my stuffs from the car since i arrived late. When i came out of the house in the morning, i noticed the car window had been smashed. The Police then advised me to call Victims of Crime. I called and spoke to Rajeev who was very impolite or sounded like he was nit having a good day. He called me a liar by mentioning that i was changing my story. I ask his managers to please provide him with customer service training and phone courtesy. He is very unprofessional and would not even give a 1 star rating because of his service. Hope to speak to one of his managers soon
