Dr Karen Norsworthy is the absolute best and needs to find another surgery to practice at! More than 5 stars for her if I could - she is the only reason I keep attending this surgery!
So popular she is difficult to get an appointment with which means for unplanned appointments I often have to see Dr Philip Ousby who is not at all helpful.
Saw him at 10weeks pregnant and had to tell him what I needed to be done (lucky I had been pregnant previously and knew) referrals to blood, ultrasound and a specialist for my autoimmune disease.
Bloods returns slightly off but he never notified me, it wasn’t until I saw Dr Karen Norsworthy again that I was able to start treatment for my blood results.

Now at almost 36w pregnant I once again needed to see a doctor, of course Dr Philip Ousby and Dr Iain Stewart were the only ones with availability. Isn’t that great!? Chose Dr Ousby explained I’d been battling cold and flu symptoms for 4 weeks, nasal pressure, cough, congestion, sore throat. Husband was diagnosed with pneumonia early in the week so though I should get checked over.

He asked if I had a fever, I said no, he check my temperature, gave me a medical certificate and sent me on my way.

Umm thank you for checking absolutely nothing, what a GP!

Dr Iain Stewart, who is the owner of this place, is one of the worst GPs I've ever seen.

At the time I was experiencing stress, burnout, and depression and was seeing a psycologist. They Psycologist suggested I get a phyiscal check with a GP, and discuss my difficulty sleeping.

At the consultation Dr Stewart did not listen to a single concern. He was rude, talked over me, laughed at this own jokes, and give a bizarre lecture about the consequences of poor social skills. In the last 30 seconds he handed some information about Sleep Apnea, and charged me for a Long Consultation. In hindsight I should have walked out. Absolutely avoid this doctor, he's not just useless, but actively harmful.

Only come here if you need a medical certificate for work and you can't get it anywhere else

I have been attending this surgery for myself for several years and for both of my young children through pregnancy and since their births. Unfortunately my regular GP at the practise has since retired, however I have found the other doctors to be equally helpful and thorough. Great friendly staff, despite it always being busy and phone always ringing they are always kind and caring on check in and out. Couldn’t recommend the surgery enough!

First of all this practice was the worst doctors iv ever been to during the pandemic. Secondly stay away from doctor Dr. Philip Ousby he dosnt listen at all. Be made me skip my ultrasound check up I was ment to get done at 12 weeks and when I told him to send me to the prenatal clinic at the maitland hospital he sent a referral to a private clinic appointment in maitland that was going to charge me $200 at 20 weeks pregnant mark. When I went to another doctors they where shocked and I got the proper catch up check ups I needed. This practice is going downhill unfortunately.

The doctors at Good Health Greenhills are really competent and provide excellent care. However, the wait time at the clinic is absolutely disappointing. Despite the quality of service from the doctors, the long waiting periods can be frustrating and inconvenient. If they can address the wait time issue, it would greatly enhance the overall experience for patients.

I have been a patient of Good Health Greenhills for the past 8 years, seeing most of the GP’s during this time. For a large busy practice I have found that all of my interactions have been positive and professional with all of my medical needs consistently being met. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this practice many times over the past 2.5 years and have seen many of the GPs here and have only ever had negative experiences (especially with Dr Gupta and Dr Ousby). Not a single one of my concerns was taken seriously, and the unprofessional manner each GP held themself in I found was very ordinary (such as taking a phone call for a different patient in the middle of a convo - I now know the age, name and concerns of a different patient). They clearly do not have a priority for quality patient care. I would not recommend.

I found Dr Alicia Reyes to be extremely warm, gentle and empathetic. Which in my experience is hard to find in GP's. I am extremely grateful for her fantastic service. I have never had a regular GP as I have never been comfortable with many previously but I did not have this issue with Dr Reyes.
