I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service I have received regarding my baby's immunization appointment which was scheduled for today and was abruptly cancelled without any explanation. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with your scheduling. Last month also, my baby's immunization was rescheduled because she was one day shy of turning six months old and could not receive her flu shot. I accepted the reasoning then, though it was inconvenient. However, facing another rescheduling is unacceptable.

It's a hard place to navigate (bad building design in the first place). Need a decent signage and please change the glass wall decal to have more information.
How to go there: This is the grey building opposite the Shopping Centre. Don't go inside the actual building, there's a dedicated side door at the back of the building, closer to the back car park. There are dedicated car parks for this clinic visitors near its entrance too.

This is a government clinic where you can get free vaccine, if you are eligible, but you need to make an appointment, For example, Japanese encephalitis vaccine is only available on Tuesdays and Thursday, 1.10pm-3.40pm. Best to just call them and make an appointment a couple of weeks ahead. The receptionist is very approachable and knowledgeable.

Amazing front office receptionists. Be aware TOXIC MANAGEMENT. The way management speak too and treat their staff 100% unacceptable behaviour. NT Health should dismiss the management of this health facility immediately.

Very friendly staff but a nightmare to park. With the current construction going on it's very stressful to navigate the parking lot with a pram, so you have to go through the entire parking lot at extra risk to the baby and sun exposure.

Really good service. I was really afraid of my severe wound on my feet today. But nurses there reallly took care of my wound and anxiety as well. Really kind and considerate.
