Called up as I needed assistance with the pool - they were busy with other appointments so no one could come out - but Daniel spent the time on the phone with me to troubleshoot and fixed the problem over the phone. He could have just said “sorry, no time”, but was brilliant and helped me through. And they’ve booked me in to teach me pool skills as well. Just superior service.

Last summer this company did not filliw agreed times on the maintenane contract and the pool was damaged.
For this summer i have tried to get them to empty and clean out the pool, order and install a new pump and refill the pool so we could use.
i started this process in October 2022. The proprietor has been around to see the pool once in that time to give a quote, which was accepted then and there.
The pool remains in its broken state, not one contact from this company, always me regularly calling, being promised action and having to call again when nothing is done.
Wpuld never use or recomend this business to anyone.
Over 5 months of excuses and no work done. Today, 6 March 2023, over 5 months later, i have simply cancelled my ignored order for works directly to the proprietor.

Went to Pool & Spa Doctor to help fix up Dads pool.

Set up our pool profile straight away, gave us exactly what we needed to fix the issues we were having, especially helpful with ongoing advice to keep the pool running optimally.

The guy helping us out was excellent - also pointed out it wasn't hot enough to swim yet (34C outside) and because we are considered soft (being from Qld) we should allow additional time for the chlorine to dilute....;-)

We just converted our pool to mineral water with Pool & Spa Doctor as our chlorinator and cell had gone. The big job of emptying the pool, acid washing the empty pool, replacing the chlorinator and cell and refilling the pool was done quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, Steve turned up on time every time and even finished the job on a public holiday. Highly recommended *
