They were absolutely fantastic in my distressing time of need.
My pet snake impaled herself; and even though their day was packed and busy; the team went above and beyond to help me; they took the time to check out my baby, and circumstances were worse then what was thought, yet they stayed back and made the time to operate and stitch her up.

Peacefully

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beautiful little Garfield, who left us peacefully in his bed at home. He was deeply loved and brought immense joy to my life, and while his absence leaves an irreplaceable void, I find comfort in knowing that he was surrounded by warmth and love in his final moments.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible team at the veterinary hospital for their unwavering support and compassionate care. A special thank you to Mal and the dedicated nurses Morgane, Steffi, CJ, and Jess for their kindness, patience, and the gentle way they cared for Garfield throughout his journey. Their expertise and empathy made all the difference.

I also want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the owner, Deborah, and nurse Donna-Jess, whose commitment to providing the highest quality care has been evident over the years. Your professionalism, compassion, and dedication have not gone unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for all that you have done.

Unexpected outcome on a routine visit for a vaccination for my Cavoodle - as an interstate traveller, I was very impressed that Tina (Veterinarian) went out of her way to fit us in straight away (& then again very next morning) for the necessary tests required for Bailey.
She was efficient, caring & empathetic to a situation we were not expecting. A positive outcome thankfully & minor treatment only required! Thanks Tina.
