The variety on the shelves are disappearing. Can't believe how few varieties there are now. We need aldi ! Shelves half full. Prices higher. 2 weeks ago 500gm butter was 6.00. Today 7.50. Interesting. Trollies need their wheels fixed and the whole shop needs a clean. Sadly might be time to move over to Woolworths.

Just checked out of Coles and very disappointed there were no staff on checkout. If I'm to check my own shopping through where's my discount. Down, down, what a load of crap. You inflate the prices to bring them down. How about some real discounts and while your at it, pay the thousands of farmers that deserve a fairer cut.

They have the worst security guards on earth. An African guy was extremely rude and talked to me like he was ordering me. Never recommend this place at all. They should be retrained how to talk with customers properly (and yes, I have worked in 3 retailers so I know how to deal with customers.)

Apparently you have to pack your own bags at a checkout that has a person serving you. The checkout male that served me looked like he didn’t want to be there, no greeting absolutely nothing, no eye contact. The store itself was well stocked.

Ridiculously long lines. It will take a month of sundays to get to the checkout. They need s much better system than this. The website says it's currently not as busy as usual... you must need to bring your swag with you and camp during the busy times. Never again. IGA ate more expensive but at least they employ some staff!

The process of click and collect needs to be reviewed and improved on by management. There's usually a longer wait, sometimes no one answers the phone, and the way the driveway is set up is an accident waiting to happen.
However, the individual staff are always lovely, patient and helpful. Nikita on customer service desk today got onto an issue very quickly, and another staff member who wasn't even working saw the long line of customers at click and collect and came into help.

Yesterday at 3pm Poor customer service. Only one check out open, busy time of the day with shoppers everywhere. Had to go and ask a staff member to open up more check outs after about 5 minutes one open up. Obviously the manager here is more worried about saving money than his/her customers. People were getting angry. Shop some where else.
