Unable to talk to a human over phone. After about 5 mins on hold a pin number was requested which I did not have so I hung up and went to another provider. All too hard.

Came in for a blood test on a Monday afternoon thinking I’ll be stuck waiting for ages, but this was not the case! I was seen straight away by a lovely lady (I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name!) who was kind, showed compassion and was very gentle. She made me feel welcome, comfortable and made the whole experience a breeze!

Generally quick and efficient if you’re first in for the day for a blood test. Otherwise if not fasting, then later in the day you can sometimes be seen straight away.

Came in early Saturday and was taken care of by the African/ Australian dude. It was honestly the best blood taking experience ever I have a needle phobia and last time I had blood taken I nearly passed out. This guy was funny and was talking the whole time which made me forget about the needle. It needed a big sample and he got it all without stressing me out. I don't know the guys name but just wanted to say damn good job! 10/10
