Pretty good Physiotherapist centre.

Five stars for the practice in Alice Springs but minus 5 for the company. The physiotherapists are excellent. The company overwrites appointments that have been made in advance which cancels them without notice. When going to rectify the situation you are redirected to an overseas answering service that does not follow through with return calls. It is the overseas 'service' that caused the problem in the first place by overwriting the appointment. This is not a one off issue.

We were travelling through Alice Springs and I needed to see a physio about a recent injury to my knee. Booked in with Mae and found her to be excellent. Diagnosed and explained the problem, provided effective treatment and ongoing exercises to assist recovery. Mae was very professional, friendly and very approachable. If I lived here, and needed a physio, Mae would be my go to.

Had my booking confirmed online via email last week, arrived on time, gates closed and company car parked inside. Waited half hour for no response and still haven't received an email or call back. Left messages and had a babysitter organised. Very frustrating

Sudden onset of back/shoulder pain left me struggling with rest and mobility. Was so greatful I could book an appointment that very day and so glad that I did! Eib Quizon was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't know what to expect going in for my first session, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing practitioners here. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for a follow up! 🙂
