Everything was good,but the man in the reception, his attitude was so bad, I can guess he is a Asian, but has been long time in Australia, so he spoke too fast. Im a Asian, been here not too long, when I can’t understand, just ask him again, but seems like he feel angry. Just feeling I was racisted, even he is Asian too. But the doctor always nice. Hope the receptioner can change his attitude

Excellent, always had good experiences, my Doctor (Dr Leong) is very thorough. Busy place, make sure you have an appointment, expect delays.

I have only been with the family Medical centre since arriving in Alice over 20 yrs ago and ver rarely go there
First time ever I have injured my shoulder through work and a company I own.
Was told sorry we are not dealing with any work injuries and need to find another clinic
Bring back the customer service we used to have because our cultural respect has changed

This Review is only for one particular Doctor. i have been consulting Dr LEONG & Dr Kaki both awesome and down to earth doctor that actually cares

However, had to consult Dr Brigette Matthews as I didn't had any choice cause she is the only one give Iron infusions. She was absolutely rude & arrogant.

NEVER EVER consult this Dr Matthews. Waste of time and money

An excellent place with very kind and welcoming staff. Dr Adil in particular has been excellent in diagnosis and has been our family GP since 2011. Cannot recommend enough.

Very disappointing medical centre. Booked for a follow up appointment and something emergency happened, was 10 minutes late and was told that the doctor couldnt wait for another 5minutes (consultation for each client is 15mins max), I insisted that i still have 5 minutes to utilise since its only a follow up appointment but NOT LENIENT AT ALL. Couldnt believe how inflexible this centre in a first world country!!! such a shame! Don’t waste your time and money in this place.

I have been going to this clinic for about 3 years and I only see one doctor only - Dr Kaki. She's down to earth, simple and always welcoming. I have not had any bad experience with the clinic like some persons who have posted below. I highly recommend.
