Terrible service.
I asked them to transfer my medical records to my doctor here in WA 3 and a half months ago. They still havn't. I emailed them, signed a consent form and was told they would give it to the Dr for him to send to my new clinic in WA. Nothing. So I phoned them up. They said the same thing. Went to my doctors here in WA and they still don't have my medical records.
3 months guys!!!! Seriously. I'm still waiting, emailing and phoning.

Was pretty disappointed with the service provided. Reception staff where not very welcoming at all and it felt like a huge inconvenience that I was bothering them, and the doctor I seen was a waste of my time and money, as she seem to of disregard what I was concerned about cause I looked physically well and when asked if the over the counter cough medicine I was taking was okay for me to continue on she told me she had no opinion on medicine like that and to waste my money if I wished to

Very bad service. Doctor communication was very poor and unprofessional. The guy in the reception does not know how to talk. Doctor's unnecessary keep talking to charge you extra. Even for prescription and report info conversation they charge patient over phone. Very bad and greedy clinic. Dont recommand at all.

I am not sure why people review this practice so negatively but I have had dealings a couple of time with them and have found the service to have been exceptional. The reception staff have been very helpful and understanding and Dr Johnson has been very professional in his dealings with me. In all I can say if you want a good doctor in Alice Springs this is the place to go.

Unorganised. Had to do a Pre-Employment medical check there. Could not complete due to failure of equipment. Medical check was not done thoroughly by Dr Johnson who just skimmed through everything. Had the employer call me back to do everything again.

Disappointing from a place who are suppose to help people.

Central Clinic us a fantastic private practice - awesome doctors and friendly efficient admin staff. Dr Han has been my GP for a few years and I trust him completely. He is very caring, knowledgeable and makes complicated information about my symptoms, tests and treatments easy to understand. Dr Han really listens to my concerns, takes the time to explain my options, then helps me make the best decisions about my health. He is especially good at explaining the risks and benefits of different treatments. Super smart but also kind, gentle and respectful.
