I had not been to a Dentist for a decade having a needle phobia which is not ideal when needing tooth repair.
I was cared for by Doctor Jarrad who treated me with a care and consideration that made me feel comfortable and relaxed while none of my teeth were fixed at the gum.
Without doubt I recommend Dr Jarrad as a Dentist who cares and has restored my sense of care needed to have my teeth looked after.

Lost a filling travelling through Alice. Was advised to try Alice Associates. Saw a dentist that I now know was only with them for 1 week. The filling cost me $470 after the Bupa rebate. The filling has now fallen out after 4 months. I called them and they basically said too bad as it is a difficult tooth. Do I think I got value for money or a reasonable hearing for a refund. NO. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this poor practise.
