Yumiko is an excellent masseuse, she is very professional and takes care of all the details to provide an excellent quality service. It is truly a safe space. The people who work at the reception are also very welcoming! I am very happy with the service. Thanks Yumiko, u do such a good job 😺

I would highly recommend this centre and Fabio based on my massage experience for shoulder and neck pain. Fabio was professional and informative. Asked me first what was my issue, examined me standing up before starting massage on table. Shared about what was going on with my issues, and some exercises that I could try to help.
The good thing is this 1hr remedial sports massage seemed targetted rather than just general, and Fabio asked me how I was during the time.
And felt so good during and after.
Staff were very lovely to chat with, thank you Fabio and Cathy.

After a week of driving and hiking I decided a massage would be great. I googled some local places and this establishment stood out based on reviews. It was mid afternoon so I wasn’t sure if I would get an appointment. I rang and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She had a spot available which turned out to be very fortunate for me.
I turned up to be met with a clean, relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The massage was superb. The therapist found all the knots and I left feeling so much better.
Clearly I can’t recommend this business highly enough. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it. Thanks to the team there.

Amazing service! I had a remedial massage with dry needling to get me ready for a trek and it was exactly what I needed!! I also claimed my health insurance so only had to pay the gap upfront!
