My mum and I had a fantastic experience at Territory Hearing with Joseph. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the ear wax removal and Tympanometry (middle ear function test). We left feeling well-informed about how to care for our ears properly.

While on holiday, I had wax build up in my ears.
I was so lucky and fortunate to Dr Salimon Joseph.
He is the most fantastic guy and so caring.
He took his time to clean out my ears and do some test.
The whole time explaining the procedure step by step.
It was a pleasure to deal with him. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that has any ear issues.

Salimon was very accommodating seeing me on Saturday morning with no prior appointment.
Completed the tests which the doctor needed same morning to determine hearing damage caused by an infection. He was personable and explained all results in layman's terms. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph at very short notice due to an ear blockage and reduced hearing. Joseph was so kind and managed to get me an appointment the same morning that I contacted him, and dealt with my ear wax blockage promptly and efficiently. Additional ear testing was also included, as well as thorough explanations. I am a naturally anxious person and I was put at ease with Joseph immediately.
