I had a troubling encounter with Artemis, a receptionist at a clinic, whose unprofessionalism and apparent prejudice marred the experience. Mind you I have been a loyal customer for years. Despite arriving early for an 11:40am appointment, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time, repeatedly seeking updates while accommodating the delay. However, Artemis’s dismissive responses, lack of transparency about scheduling, and apparent favoritism toward other patients left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a loyal customer of the clinic. Would be nice for her to undergo some sort of training on the importance of professionalism and impartiality in patient care. Artemis you need to leave your personal biases outside the workplace.

Been coming here since I moved to Darwin, but will never come back after today. Dr Jinesh Silva, was my doctor. I went in for a script. He asked me stupid questions that were irrelevant. He took my blood pressure, and made comments about my weight, and how I needed to lose weight and to jump on the scales, and insisted that my daily exercise was not enough. I didn’t even go in with a weight related issue and I am not morbidly obese or close to it. Definitely teach your doctors to not bring things like this unprovoked. I’ve struggled with eating issues in the past, and this has been a huge trigger for me. I’ll start paying for my scripts online after this. If I had come with a weight concern and something was affecting my health due to my weight, I’d understand, but I went in for a birth control script.

I've been going to this medical centre for over 20 years. I've finally had enough and will be looking for another.
Today, during my appointment, clinic staff knocked on the door and pulled the doctor outside to let them know they had not closed the gate when they left as reviewed on the surveillence footage and they need to ensure that it is closed and locked.
How absolutely innapropriate and unprofessional.
Yes, security is important, but when it is an incident from the previous day surely it could have waited until the doctor was inbetween their 10 minute appointments!

Came here to consult to a GP 4 months ago for another opinion as i still had bleeding on my early pregnancy after my visit to the hospital. The GP gave a comforting consultation and to his opinion the best i can do is wait and see and i don't know why but he gave me a free charge. I'm 21 weeks pregnant now and everything is fine

My go-to doctors! I always see Dr. Iqbal for both myself & my son, & he is absolutely amazing. My son is only 1 & doesn't warm to people very well, but really loves going to Dr. Iqbal, which is amazing! Dr. Iqbal always listens to my concerns & always takes me seriously. I feel content knowing that I'm under his care for me & my son 😊 highly recommend!

You have to wait 30+ minutes after your actual appointment time to see a doctor and also the receptionists don’t seem interested at their job at all and are quite blunt and rude.
