Dermo Direct is a fantastic initiative and run by experienced dermatologists. Being in a regional area our access to specialised advice and care can be difficult and this organisation are successfully bridging that gap. Dr Chris Ross is knowledgeable, empathetic and action oriented. The appointment started on time and he had a good ability to consult in a relatable way with my 14 year old son. For the first time my son feels like his ongoing acne can be resolved. Thankyou!

Dr Ross was pragmatic, efficient and considerate - he was able to get me on to what I needed quickly and Dermodirect's business model meant that I was able to get an appointment within a few days of booking. As an extra benefit, the after hours booking availability meant that I didn't have to go through the hassle of taking time off work. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing prompt, high quality service for a reasonable price.

If I could rate DermoDirect more than five stars, I would! Setting up an online video consultation was practically effortless, and the entire process was clearly detailed from start to finish. No more lengthy wait times associated with attending a physical dermatology practice - I was consulted within three days of my appointment booking!

Dr Christopher Ross was extremely informative and provided with me a service that I could only describe as exceptional. Furthermore, Dr Ross' comforting approach made the consultation process very easy, and I left feeling positive that my skin concerns would be completely addressed with the treatment plan I was provided.

An amazing service, after contacting several dermatologists in the Brisbane area and being told the cost was well over $300 and the waitlist was 18+ months I tried my luck with Dr Chris at Dermodirect. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. I would suggest this service to anyone - I booked my appointment and was seen two days later and I did not have to take time off work. I saw Dr Chris at 7:15pm. Great service, wonderful business model.

Dr. Chris Ross was wonderful to deal with and saw my teen daughter (at night for no extra charge) within a few days to discuss and treat her acne.

Dr Chris was extremely professional and happy to spend time answering questions.
