The receptionist was excellent and managed an extremely busy front desk by herself well. Would be hard to sustain for a long time though. The ultrsonographer was excellent.

I recently had an appointment with I-MED at DPH, that I was a little apprehensive about. Kate, the nurse on site was extremely kind and reassuring regarding the procedure. She showed professionalism and compassion in equal measure, as did all the staff there. Thanks to all.

After reading the negative reviews of this place and having an appointment myself, I can now add my own two cents in about the absolute incompetence of the reception staff here.
I had an MRI done on 26/9, tried to access the patient portal for my images after 7 days to which I was told I was not an existing patient. After calling them and having being told there was a glitch in their system, the receptionist said I should receive a text with another link to access the portal for my results. She then rang me back minutes later to explain actually they don't have my results because I was referred by the public hospital so I needed to go to there to receive my results. This didn't make sense to me at all but I complied. It has now been 2 weeks since my scan, I was able to go to RDH imaging reception today to collect my images, only to be told that I definitely could have collected them from iMed at the private hospital. Retraining your reception staff in how imaging and result collection works might be of some benefit to this imaging company. Completely unacceptable and a waste of everyone's time.
