Glynatsis is chronically late and the staff don’t let patients know this when they check in. He is patronising and dismissive of women. Once had him lecture me for twenty minutes on how “absolutely disgusting” my food choices are, because I told him I had my meals delivered. I eat healthy meals, but he wouldn’t stop pontificating long enough to hear it. Apparently Uber Eats is beyond his understanding. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Staff are efficient and courteous. Dr Glynatsis is experienced and friendly. I had my COVID-19 vaccinations there. The administering nurse was careful and professional. I also had a consultation on a health matter with Dr Glynatsis and was completely satisfied with the service he provided.

An old school kind of doctor who takes time to get to know his patients and request any tests needed to explore health problems. A nice change from the modern impersonal sausage factory GP clinics.

I made an appt at this practice for 5.30pm I was told to phone ahead to check how late the dr was running. At 4.50 I was told not more than 10 minutes. I waited an hour and left without seeing the doctor because I was so upset and frustrated. The issues I would like to raise are how does the doctor know when he spends a very long time with one patient that the other people waiting doesn,t have equally serious medical issues needing attention. Men have issues with seeing the doctor their commitments to work and family may not allow them to wait indefinately to see a doctor and may never make another appt and a serious issue would go without treatment.This was made worse because the receptionist made no effort to communicate
